Sleeplessness, lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I have chocolate cyst in my right ovary for which I am taking ovral l. Since my last period there is a constant pain in my lower abdomen and it gets severe when I urinate or pass stool. Plus I cnt sleep well at night. I try but once it goes off I cnt sleep at all.

The relation of this constant pain to chocolate cyst is unlikely. Urine examination may be done to rule out infections in urinary tract. Pelvic inflammatory disease may be another possibility.
