See what appears as per your description that ur quite Stressed out...I mean it could be Depression or just adjustment disorder with predominant depressive symptoms..Sleep only disturbed might also be the case...So try to talk to someone close about it.. exercise and regular meals will help for sure.. sleep hygiene measures from Google..Try to solve the stressor if any..
