Sleeplessness
I haven’t had a good night sleep in years. I’m just 23 years old. I cant quite figure out why this keeps happening and what is it all about. I have a constant fear of failing at things. Mostly relationships. I choose the wrong people and then I live in regrets. I think too much and people keep saying the same thing to me. How to not think at all?
