I am unable to sleep in night due to my CA exam pressure. I am trying since weeks now, I sometimes get sleep at morning 7 am or sometimes at 9 am, active whole night. Due to which I am unable to concentrate on studies. Please suggest any tablet, I want to be morning person. Even last time I wrote my exam at afternoon 2 pm to 5 pm without sleeping whole night.

Maintain good sleep hygiene and also go for regular brisk walk in morning.
Avoid tea or coffee after evening hours.
Listen soft music or do relaxation exercise.
If these non pharmacological therapy do not help you much then visit a Psychiatrist for further evaluation and take medicine if necessary.

Don't go for the medecine.. do one thing at night go to the bed before 11-12 off the lights of ur room and listen deep relaxing music (available in you tube) using headphones in a low volume.. just listen the music and probably u will get sleep..
