Sleeplessness due to gas
From last few days.. approx 1 mnth.
.I'm feeling a strange problem.. Specifically at night.. I go to sleep feeling to sleepy..bt I cant sleep due to serious discomfort in left part of chest. It feels gas is moving upward. And the full body feels strangely uncomfortable and that's not normal...this problem is just killing me mentally.. Please please help me. What's this problem?
N.B- I'm h pylori positive and currently in my antibiotics course of 14 days. Also have gas bloating acidity burping regurgitation issues

It's acid reflux esophagitis .. prescribed antibiotics are causing this ,but shouldn't be stopped..take antacid syrups twice a day ..finish dinner 2 to 3 hr of sleep..raise the head end of bed or wedge shape pillow to prevent gastric acid slip into lower esophagus
