Are u consult with psychologist or psychiatrist ,because psychologist dont have the right to prescribe medicine. Bipolar disporder is a common disease now a days.Dont panic or get scared.Take medicine from psychiatrist and also Consult homoeopathic doctor for medicine, because along with psychiatrist's medicine homoeopathic medicine done a good job. U must also consult counselling psychologist for some counselling sessions, where all ur problems are noted and they suggest u some good advice and also good procedure how to deal with depression. Proper counselling  sessions done a very good job and can reduce the dose of medicine.
