Sleeping problems in dark alone in room
I am unable to sleep at night in a dark room. Whenever I fall sleep I will definitely wake up after one or two hours. However if I turn on the lights and sleep then I can enjoy a good sleep. I also tried sleeping pills, it is helping me to fall asleep but  after few hours, again I am waking up. Also I feel someone is staring at me when I sleep at dark. What should I do? Please help me so that I can have an uninterrupted sleep at night in dark.
