Sleeping problem
After eating anything my stomach becomes tight and heavy and body gets hot due to this i unable to getting proper sleep at night i also taking dsr tablets before dinner but did nkt help please suggest solution

Have small frequent meals instead of 2-3 large meals. Have a walk for few minutes after food.  Avoid spicy and oily food Have  a  high  protein  breakfast  and  a light  dinner.  Avoid  items  such  as  processed  foods,  potatoes  and high  calorie/sugar  products. Regular exercise and brisk walking at least  30  minutes a  day for  3-4  days  a  week. Don't  forget  to  drink  water  regularly!
