Sleeping only
From past few days I only want to sleep.. I wake up late.. Sleep in afternoon, sleep early night.. I just don't want to wake up to face anything in the world. I need to study but zero motivation is what I have. From past 3 months i have only stepped out of my house just 2-3 times. What should I do?
