Sleeping next to maggots
A bit of mouldy sandwich was covered by a plastic bag for 3 days on my bed, without me noticing. I slept next to it throughout the days, and on the 3rd day, noticed it had maggots crawling all over it. Will I get Myiasis?

No, you will not develop myiasis from this situation.
Myiasis occurs when flies lay eggs on open wounds, ulcers, or very unhygienic/moist body areas—not from simply being near spoiled food
