Sleeping issues n chest pain
Center of my chest pains all the time ... I can't even sleep straight till morning. I wake up in 1 or 2 hours with pounding pain in my chest n it stays. I have mood swings and urge to cry all the time that's why my throat pains and have a headache. Also weird terrifying dreams comes that wakes me up. I feel nauseous too.
I workout and eat right i just can't sleep at all.
