Hii... I can understand what you're going through. The agitation and excessive sleepiness you are experiencing after starting (Nexito) are likely medication-related side effects, which can occur in the initial weeks or due to dose sensitivity.
However, persistent discomfort indicates the need for reassessment.
Next Steps
Kindly do not stop the medication abruptly.
It is advisable to consult psychiatrist for dose adjustment, timing modification, or change of medication based on your symptoms.
Health Tips

• Maintain a regular sleep–wake cycle
• Observe and note any worsening of agitation or new symptoms
• Consider psychotherapy support alongside medications
Consult a psychiatrist online or offline for further assessment and treatment
