I am able to understand your current situation. U seem to be suffering from insomnia. However more clarity is needed regarding your actual problem. How has your mood been off late? How is your appetite and concentration level? I would be more than happy to help you with that. Some counselling with simple sleep hygiene techniques and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
