Dear concerned, what was your condition diagnosed and what are the medicines you have been using & how long? Was there any significant event that lead to these issues. Unless a detailed psychological evaluation is done, its difficult to understand your mental status or to  help you.

Along with the medicines, you can consult a psychological Counselor to get some clarity and guidance.. Probably, by talking to a professional you might get to understand yourself better and to overcome this issue..

Hello, Detailed information is needed, is sleep the only concern or there is something else that is associated with it. Are you eating properly? Are you feeling stressed lately? Do you think a lot? A detailed session would explore these questions and some other areas that need to be explored. Try some breathing and relaxation exercises.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical psychologist for detailed assessment
