I cannot sleep in night from last 1-2month. Also having headache at back side of my head from last 7-8 days. Gain weight around 8kg in last 6month. Want to know anything serious?.

Obesity may be the cause.Obesity invites many disorders like Diabetes, Hyperacidity, hypertension, depression, insomnia etc. Check your blood pressure, pulse rate,blood for complete blood count,FBS-PPBS,Lipid profile. 1.Try to loose weight by regular exercise, swimming, yoga,cycling, gym,morning or evening walk etc. 2.Control ur diet havit.Less fatt,more protein and medium carbohydrate. 3.Eat small quantity every 2 hours interval. 4.Do not eat too much at a time,keep ur stomach slight empty every time. 5.Avoid cold drinks,carbonate drinks,ice cream,fastfood, etc. 5.Avoid smoking and alcohol drinking.

Take- 1.Glonoin 6 -2 drops in half cup of water every 4 hours interval for 10 times. 2.Aswagandha1X (RS Bhargava)-2 tablets thrice a day for 1 months. 3.Kali Phos 200X-6 tablets before sleep at night.
