Hello, More details are needed to ascertain the cause. But I feel that the cause of this sleep problem is due to poor sleep hygeine. Is he drinking a lot of tea or coffee during the day to stay awake? Follow the following sleep hygeine measures to break the vicious cycle : Avoid daytime naps. Avoid tea, cofee, caffeinated drinks and colas after 5 pm Avoid screen time (TV, mobile, computer) just before sleep. Daytime physical exercise. Use the bed only to sleep.
