For past one month, I am unable to sleep properly, for example if I go to bed 10 pm... I only get sleep around 3 am... and I wake up at 7 am... also the sleep is not deep but with a lot of disturbances... one of the occasions I had some whisky and went to sleep in that case I got some silent sleep.: do I need some medication
