Sleep blackout?
I've been drinking decently heave the past 3 days and each night ill wake up to find my gf gone, because I have been waking up and acting really mean for no apparent reason and I did not remember any of it. I know I'm not black out drunk before I got to bed so I have no idea what's going on. Supposedly I even kicked pizza out of her hand and told her to leave. Is this some sort of sleep walking? This only occurs after I fall asleep on a day I've been drinking

This can happen after heavy drinking and it is not an unusual occurrence. You should control your drinking and reduce the frequency of your drinking. You will have to ask your girlfriend what all you do in this state. Many people have done some crimes under influence of alcohol of which they don't have any memory. I hope you understand the seriousness of this.
Next Steps
talk to closed ones and decide if professional help is necessary for your drinking habits.

Please consult a doctor to ensure that there are no physiological reasons for what is happening. Maybe you would like to stop drinking for a while. Also you could visit a counsellor to help you deal with any emotional and mental stress you may be going through.

This seems to be alcoholic blackout wherein there is no memory for the behaviour during heavy drinking episodes as the brain is unable to store the memories properly as alcohol interferes with it. People during alcoholic blackout seem to interact, do complex tasks of which they have no memory later.
Next Steps
If you don't want such a thing to happen again, then avoid heavy & regular drinking
