Sleep apnea,mentally weak,infertility

I've been suffering 2years from sleep apnea and emotionally week.overthinking &over excited and depressed.suffering from polymenorhhea which is directly related with birth control shots the main reason of infertility.i have this problem from 1&half year unable to recover these issues.sudden mood swings,fatigue ¬ at all happy with my life.
