Skipped Periods, no chance of pregnancy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Hello, the problem is regarding my periods I skipped my periods this month. It is 10 days late. I took pregnancy test it was negative. They became irregular since January and i started taking some Vitamin B12 and D3 tablets since January Can that be a reason for skipped period? Or is it something else?
