I m around 22 and my weight is 50kgs around and my height is less than 5.5 feet.
I want to be kind of fit shaped person according to my age.
Is it possible ever I can be like that. But I don't want to prefer any sort of SUPPLEMENT Protein.
Is there any way to get that by going natural simultaneously avoiding get caught of
DIABETES or any fat related problems.
