Hello, I am 27 yrs old and my weight is constant since last 5 yrs, i am taking good diet but atill not gaining weight. My BMI is low, i am not having any health issues but such issue if not gaining weight is creating a mental stress. Please suggest.

Hi, Have 2 large bananas, a handful of dry fruits and nuts, 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies or lassi daily. Increase your protein consumption. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Or else have chickpeas, kidney beans etc. every other day. Have plenty of good fats. Eat frequently and increase the size of your meals.
