Skincolor/epival and genetics/epilepsy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

Anti epileptic medicine are making my skin color (face only) darker is it my delusion or can this happen. Also tell that if a girl has non genetic epilepsy (nocturnal) should she marry cause its a genetic disease too I learned lately ?
