Skin wart and dullness

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Doc I am having wart and moles on my head and neck it look ugly. Don't know what to do. My skin is getting dull. I had gone through fissure and fistula operation twice and I was totally on antibiotics and 1 year T.b medicines totally 3 to 4 years I was under medicinal treatment now my skin become dull and not glowing as it before this antibiotics treatment. I have hair fall and one or two grey hair also as I Don't medical history for hair fall and greying.
