I am having white patches on some place on my body and I took homeo treatment from 8months but the patches appearing is increases is it work while taking the medication

if it is increasing means the disease activity is getting stronger and you will need immunosuppressive oral medication to arrest the spreading. meet a qualified certified dermatologist directly rather than consulting online as you will need regular followup and you will also need to get investigations done periodically . hope this is helpful.
