Leg ulcer not curing I am 52 male having shugar blood pressure lacunar infract in right side brain taking medicine s for all but not clearing my ulcer problems shugar blood pressure under control report saying it is vericose veins and ulcer black pigments are there in both legs wound opening on right leg and right leg blacking night time pinning from bottom leg to upto hands. Itching burning pain on wound... Standing and sitting mode since 3 months suffering childhood treated as elephantiasis frequently repeats swelling gland pain feavers long run treated as cellulitis some people telling it is ezxima or diabetic neuropathy or liver problems. Blood circulation poor in legs and blocking in nerves arteries is ok ten years back treated chest tuberculosis childhood pneumonia and mums in middle age treated. Using ointments on skin taking medicine prescribed by skin doctor but still persists problems please suggest me

History of repeated cellulitis on pre existing elephantiasis Needs evaluation further Need to check the blood supply in both legs Needs regular ulcer care with regular dressings
