Skin treatment - Ringworm

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I feel I have ringworm infections near my private body parts, now it is almost cured as I don't see any more rings and swelling , but the itchiness and scars are still there . The skin in that part has become dry . The irritation increase if the skin is wet and feels more during night . Kindly advice what preventive measures I can take ? I have already taken care of my personal hygiene and cleanliness. Also have used all homemade remedies like using Neem, Aloe Vera and tumeric etc...
