Yes...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  consult me in my clinic or consult me by direct online consultation by sending photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment

Hello, yes you can take medicine along with chemical peel because chemical peel will help you to reduce acne from outside by removing excess sebum, improving open pores and dead skin layer removal while medicines will control your excess oil production, treat root cause of acne, from inside. But yes you need to stop topical application (cream) recommended for acne as it may irritate your skin.
Next Steps
Before doing anything of your own, you should consult cosmetologist or dermatologist as they will assess your skin and advice you what is good for you as every person is different so treatment varies.
Health Tips
Use gel based ,non-comedogenic products(e.g. cleanser, alcohol free toner, moisturiser and sunscreen). Drink plenty( min. 7-8 glasses )of water to detoxify your body.
