Skin tone color
Hi... I have Uneven skin tone on my face.. And I am fair... But slowly by skin color is getting changed.. Some places of my face my skin is very bright and fair, and some places it's dark, flaky and dry and itchy. I have used kojic cream and fair art cream.. But no results. Also I have sebo dermatitis on my scalp is it because of this my face color has changed.. Could you please suggest me.
