Skin thiness near thigs

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Dr. Ankita shah please tell me I am overweight is that the reason associated to skin thinness or something else. Sometimes I do feel like I have fungal infection earlier I used to take self medication like Fourderm however later on I came to know it contains steroids so I stopped it. Then i consulted a dermatologist he suggested me some tablets along with onbate cream. However it helped me to overcome it. But my concern is skin thinness.

Thanks for the query. Steroids are well known to cause skin thinness and could be a side effect of the same. It can be differentiated from the routine by history and clinical examination.
