I have been using many ways to remove the tan from my body but none worked. I need a procedure through which all the tan from my face, hands, neck would be removed once and for all. Please advice

First of all, you have to stop exposure to sunlight otherwise no treatment will work. Please use a good sunscreen at all times. Repeat application of sunscreen in the afternoon is also needed. The tan usually comes down on it it's bit we can try chemical peels to fasten the process. Vitamin c and antioxidants will also help.
