  4. Skin tanning. Way to achieve clear skin?

I am An 18 yr old. This is the texture of the skin of my arm . White dots all over my skin. I guess it seems highlighted because of tan . Is there a way to achieve clear skin? Just with medicines. I had consulted a dermatologist who prescribed clonate and fayre lotion who hasn't helped much. .I am really want for clear skin whr such white dots would be less visible. Please advice
