My mom got bitten by something probably some insects/spider on her back & there were some rashes. We rubbed White Tiger Balm on that area... & it has now swelled. There's pain if touched.
We are now applying turmeric paste on the swelling & drinking milk mixed with turmeric (to rid off the poison if any)
Should we see a doctor or will it go away.

Hello mam..... When there is an insect bite there will be a local allergic reaction at the site. Applying the tiger balm will only increase the inflammation as its an irritant. Hence the swelling and tenderness. The turmeric and drinking milk, will only add on to the infection due to the micro organisms present in them. Please see the doctor as soon as possible without any other home made experiments to treat the probable cause.
