Skin swelling, itching issue

Asked for Female, 57 Years

Since 1week noticed that there is itching swelling on skin. Looks like it's getting septic. For now I have it on both hands. Specially on the joints/bends. Got cetrizine tabs with just the help of one pharmacist. Looking forward for any effective advise. Thank you.
