Skin swell and redness with pain
Since past 3 to 4 days on the left side of my left thigh which is little red,swelling and little pain if i press it. Not able to understand if its a insect bite infection or a boil because my trousers are usually on a tighter side. But i am not able to sleep on my left side due to little pain there. Any medicine that i can take to reduce the infection or any ointment that i can apply as well? I have attached the pics for your reference.
