Yesterday my girl baby get fever by early morning I gave paracetamol syrup by two times evening again fever and I found infection in the buttocks I take her to clinic he suggested calamine lotion after applying that leg feet knees also get infected no loose motion I think it may be chicken pox it seems the infection related to the same please suggest me what to do next
