Hello Docs I have a problem in my leg foot and my hand fingers , skin slowly removing at specially after bath ... Some time it's little itching also please give me solution for that.

hello,  start with application of a good moisturizer, preferably medicated one like Cetaphil dam, moiz lmf 48, or fidebona.. there are many options. apply it right after your bath when body is still damp. use a mild soap preferably with a syndet base as it wont dry out your skin further. consult a Dermatologist if the problem persists.
