Asked for Female, 28 Years

I have suddenly got two small brown spots on my arm. They are non painful, non itchy and resemble as burn spots from oil splash but they aren't painful as burn patches. They are not even rough.. just merged into skin texture. I have started taking iron tablets since a week as I'm anaemic. What could be the reason of such a spot
