Skin redness

Asked for Male, 21 Years

My skin had become very dry during winters so i had used be ceuticals whitening and moisturising cream on it. After using it twice I noticed that the part of my face that had become very dry turned reddish and now I'm unable to apply water or any other moisturising cream on it due to excessive burning sensation.
