Skin redness due to eumosone M cream

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I used eumosone m cream for black area between my chest and now it's turned reddish colour and causing dry and flaky skin. Is it part of healing or should I use any cream.. like hydrocortisone? Please suggest. Thanks.
