Skin Rask on hand

Asked for Male, 29 Years

There is mole like structure on my right upper hand palm and other on hand. It is just a dead skin area.And usually black in colour. It does not go away. I saw a doctor past 6 months and he told that it a form of elzyma. Can anyone help how can this be removed...and why this happened .I feel ashame of bringing my right hand in front of anyone.
