Skin rashes, no itches, no pain

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have rashes all my body persisted now almost a month, I’ve been diagnosed as allergy by local physician, blood test normal, bP normal, temp normal, prescribed clarinase, calamine lotion for 5days, before continued by piriton and beazyme till now. However, the rashes didn’t show any sign to reduced. Hope to seek second opinion.
