Asked for Male, 33 Years

My 4.5 year old son has started developing some kind of red rashes and itching all over the body from past 2 months, I am not able to understand what is it and her mom suffers from urticaria and it looks same red pimple type all over his body and he itches a lot, I have heard even kidneys also cause this rashes. What should be done next, his appetite is good, no problem of any health issues as I feel. What can it be.
