Skin rashes

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have this skin rash that emits liquid when open. Unless dry, it wouldn't break out, it useually spreads when its red or activated probably some kind of bacteria/virus. I don't know whether it is a symptom of other disease/syndrome. But i can tell you that sometimes i get aches on the liver area before, but now not that much.
