Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi ... my mother is facing skin allergies...twice she was given medicine it got cured...later after 6 or 7 months she ll get the allergy near neck face and on hip. We did bloods tests lik CBC LFT RFT...the reports are Normal...can any one guide what s the exact treatment to be taken..
