  4. Skin rashes. Or a dermatologist?

Skin rashes
Have rashes at the inner parts of thigh near to vagina... It looks round and red colour. Very itching. I have using the ointment RING GUARD. But it cannot cured. What should I do? Which specialist should I consult, either a gynaecologist or a dermatologist? I have a feeding baby of 1.5 years.
