Every now and then when I move to a city with hot climate I get all this dead layers of skin on my body. It also leaves a permanent mark on my body and it happens in the same place again. Mostly on the neck and chest region.

helloo.. it might be due to dryness of skin or due to dehydration... maintain hydration...take lot of fluids...moisturise your body..prevent exposure to dust,sun by covering yourself while going out
