Skin rashes and itching around mouth

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Since two months it has been becoming red and itching dry around mouth and nostrils. After taking medicines it's getting cure but once I stop after my course again position is same. Earlier it was so smooth skin but know it's becoming so patchy discoloration. Looking awkward
