Hi, I have attached a photo of my shoulder.It all started 4 days back. Itiching, reddish skin and now this. Having pain now. I guess it happened because of any insectes. Kindly suggest me some way to get rid of this problem. Thank You.

It looks like blister beetle dermatitis...it's a rash due to smashing of some kind of insects...but I still feel you get yourself examined and treated by a dermatologist.
