Skin rashes after vaccination

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I had hepatitis b vaccine 3 days back from mother Theressa medical center. From next day onwards am observing some rashes on my back especially the right side shoulder on which side i had vaccine. Am not sure whether it is a common side effect or else it needs my attention.
